This course aims to optimise performance at the ST3 interviews: 
- Advise on how to approach interviews 
- Discuss coping mechanisms for interview related stress 
- Multiple interview practice stations, with individualised feedback 
- Highlight areas for improvement and discuss potential solutions with each delegate

What does the course include: 
Two short lectures on How to ace the interviews and Pearls & pitfalls. 
Three cycles on interviews with three stations per cycle and feedback offered after each session 

Course fee: £300 
The registration fee includes dinner.
