Sharon is the key person for the gathering and co-ordinating of data for the Plastic Surgery Workforce Report. This report is generated each year and contains information on plastic surgery consultants, specialty doctors and trainees that are practicing in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Sharon works from her home office Monday-Thursday and visits the BAPRAS Secretariat twice per month.
