Council Member for the East Midlands

Reena Agarwal is a Consultant at the University Hospitals of Leicester. Having completed her basic surgical training, she was appointed to the Trent Deanery Higher Surgical Training scheme in Plastic Surgery and attained FRCS (Plast.) in 2010. She completed her training with specialist fellowships in Sarcoma at BG UK Bergmannsheil, Ruhr University, Bochum, Germany and a Microsurgical fellowship at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford. She also attained a certificate in Management from Open University Business School in 2005. Her special interest is Hand Surgery, Burns and Skin cancer. She has been Burns lead for the department from 2011.
