We are recruiting: Journal Manager

This new role has been created primarily to form a link between the publishers and editorial board of our peer-reviewed journal, JPRAS, and the members of BAPRAS, the largest professional organisation for plastic surgeons in the UK.

As well as providing administrative support for the editorial board and committee of management, the post holder will play a vital role in developing and supporting the strategic development for the journal, and in working to increase engagement with members and other journal readers, including development of social media channels and better utilisation of other methods of communications.

The post holder will work closely with the journal publishers, editorial board and committee of management, as well as working with our own in-house communications team, assisting in the design and production of BAPRAS’ other publications and printed materials.
