New JPRAS & ICOPLAST Publication Partnership

JPRAS and ICOPLAST are proud to announce a new strategic partnership, designed to advance education and research in plastic surgery internationally. This collaboration will help to extend the journal’s reach across the world, including in regions where additional support is needed to publish work in the field of plastic surgery.
JPRAS continues to grow as a truly international journal of plastic and reconstructive surgery, upholding fair and rigorous peer-review processes alongside the fastest turnaround times in the field. Supported by an international and diverse Editorial Advisory Board, a highly experienced team of Scientific Editors from Europe and the United States, and the broadest global authorship in the speciality, the journal remains committed to supporting access to the latest insights in plastic surgery, regardless of geographic location or economic context.
Similarly, ICOPLAST is committed to the further education, communication and advancement of the speciality of plastic surgery globally with a membership representing more than 20,000 plastic surgeons worldwide. In Autumn 2026, a Special Edition of JPRAS will be published that will feature papers submitted by members of the ICOPLAST National Plastic Surgery Societies. This Special Edition will be freely available for all to read.
