BBA Laing Essay Prize 2018

The British Burn Association are once again running the Laing Essay Prize.

This is open to all involved in burn care.

The essay is titled: “Challenges of Burn Care Outside the Burns Unit”

For those wishing to enter, the essay should be of a maximum 5000 words and in the style used by Burns Journal. An abstract of up to 150 words should also be provided with your essay.

Three referees, appointed by the BBA, will judge and award the winner £500.

The prize-winning essay will be eligible for publication in Burns at the discretion of the Editor.

Closing date for applications: 5pm, 31 January 2018

The winner will be announced at the BBA annual conference in April 2018.
