Miss Elaine Sassoon

Sassoon, ElaineElaine is a consultant plastic surgeon and currently practices in Norwich. She is currently the BAPRAS Council Member for the East of England

 Her key sub-specialty interests include breast reconstruction, microsurgery, skin cancer and trauma. She teaches and organises courses for nurses and plastic surgery trainees.

A pioneer in breast reconstructive surgery, Elaine represents BAPRAS on a number of committees relating to breast reconstruction. She has also run several regional, national and international courses in plastic surgery.

She conducted overseas attachments in many countries all over the world such as South Africa, France, Bosnia, Slovenia, Taiwan and USA performing flap microsurgery, oculoplastic and aesthetic surgery.
